ABOUT TEAM HIPPO
My name is Andrew Laferriere and I'm a online vegan personal coach who is passionate about helping people level up and reach their health and fitness goals. I've been active in fitness circles for several years and I've seen firsthand the frustration that comes with expensive and generic programing that is centered around supplement sales.

I started my journey as a coach because I wanted to offer something different. I noticed that many programs were simply copy and pasted with little regard for the individual needs and goals of my clients. I knew that I could do better, and that's why I set out to create coaching programs that are tailored to each individual client. I believe that no two people are the same, and that everyone deserves a personalized approach to their health and fitness journey. That's why my coaching style is focused on building healthy habits that are sustainable in the long term. I work closely with my clients to develop customized plans that are specific to their goals, lifestyle, and preferences.

I understand that making lasting changes can be challenging, but with the right support and guidance, anything is possible.
